Leslie Starnes, MSW
Leslie Starnes has been Executive Director of Family Promise of York County since 2016. Leslie started her work at Family Promise of York County as a case manager in 2006. She is dedicated to helping improve the lives of children and families that are experiencing homelessness and serves as Co-Chair of our local homeless coalition, Catawba Area Coalition for the Homeless.
Cindy Wehr
Cindy Wehr has been a member of the Family Promise of York County team since 2022 but has a long history of volunteering with FPYC for over 10 years. Her responsibilities include transportation services for guests, donation pickup, and volunteer supervision to name a few.
Elzanah Conradie
Elzanah Conradie joined our team in October 2022. Elzanah works directly with our families to help them obtain and maintain self sufficiency and return to permanent housing as soon as possible. Elzanah brings a wealth of information with her from her past experiences working in workforce development.
